 Do you have the time to lend your heart or home to Las Vegas Cocker Rescue? We are always looking for folks and services that come in all kinds of packages. Some of our needs are help in the following areas: - Fostering - Can you provide temporary relief to a cocker in need? This is our weakest link and greatest need. If you can help in this area, please contact one of our members for more information and complete our Code of Ethics form, our Membership form, and our Foster Application.
- Transportation - Can you transport a rescued cocker to it's new home, the vet or groomer?
- Computer Work - Our strongest form of networking is through the computer. Graphics, ideas, and updating are always welcome.
- Crafts or items to sell - We host the "Pet Shop" on our website and participate in various events throughout the year.
- Conduct Home Visits - Upon completion of an adoption application, and prior to adoption, we conduct an informal home visit to aid in placement.
- Temperament Evaluations - Our rescue cockers often come in with limited information, and this is a very important task to ensure a perfect match with the new family.
- Donation of Services or Supplies - Vets, Behavioralists, Trainers, Office and Pet Supplies - We need it all!
